These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and juan35 ("juan35," "we," "us," "the Platform"). By participating in any game or betting activity on the juan35 platform, you agree to abide by the specific rules applicable to each game type, as published within the game interface or the juan35 help section. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

• The account has been compromised or is being accessed by an unauthorised person.
• The player is a minor or has failed to satisfactorily complete age or identity verification.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require the restriction or closure of the account.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these Terms, juan35 will conduct an investigation. During the investigation period, access to account funds may be withheld. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be returned to the player. If a breach is confirmed, juan35 reserves the right to forfeit some or all account balances in accordance with these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their juan35 account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juan35 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the juan35 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain account security.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the juan35 platform.

juan35 operates in a manner consistent with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine online gaming regulations.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
